1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Cutting Edge Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our tree trimming, removal, and maintenance services.

2. Professional Services

We provide expert tree care, including but not limited to:

• Precision tree trimming and pruning.
• Safe tree removal and lot clearing.
• Stump grinding and root management.
• Palm skinning and fertilization.

All work is performed by trained professionals following ANSI A300 standards for tree care operations.

3. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless a prior billing agreement is established. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments as specified on your invoice.

4. Property Access & Hazards

Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the work area. It is the client's responsibility to:

• Identify and mark property lines accurately.
• Inform our crew of any underground utilities (irrigation, lighting, etc.) not marked by Blue Stake.
• Secure pets and keep children away from the active work zone for safety.

5. Safety and Liability

Tree work involves inherent risks. Cutting Edge Tree Services maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structural damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., root decay) not disclosed prior to work.

6. Scheduling & Weather

While we strive to maintain our schedule, tree work is weather-dependent. High winds or extreme Arizona heat may require rescheduling for the safety of our crew and your property. We will provide as much notice as possible in such events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County.
