Our Citrus Care Program
Three visits a year, timed to the low-desert growing calendar.
Winter (Jan–Feb)
First seasonal feeding, plus a pruning check after harvest.
Spring (Mar–Apr)
Second feeding and a health check.
Summer / Late Summer
Final feeding. Oranges and grapefruit get it in May–June; lemons and limes in Aug–Sep.

Common Citrus Problems We Fix
Pale leaves with dark green veins
Usually iron or zinc deficiency. We correct it with micronutrient feeding.
Leaves turning yellow all over
Usually low nitrogen. Fixed with a proper feeding schedule.
Curling leaves or split fruit
Usually shallow or uneven watering. We show you how to water deeply and consistently.
Sunburned fruit and bark
Often from over-pruning. We prune the right way and keep the protective canopy.
A tree in steady decline
We diagnose it honestly. Sometimes the right answer is removal and a fresh start.

Citrus Pruning
Citrus needs a light touch. Over-pruning exposes bark and fruit to Arizona sun. We remove dead wood and suckers, keep the lower canopy ("skirt") for shade, and time the work for after harvest.

Worried About Citrus Greening?
Citrus greening was confirmed in southern Arizona near Nogales in 2026. It hasn't been confirmed in the Phoenix area, and nutrient problems are far more common and look similar.
