ask us
anything
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, which means it helps cover accidents that happen on your property, liability, worker’s compensation, and commercial auto. No hassle with us.
Does your fee include dumping the material and cleaning up?
Yes, we haul everything that we trim off or debris that included in the estimate to the dump and our guys give their best to leave your yard as clean as possible.
Can I decide how the trees get trimmed?
Of course, the customer has the final saying, but we give a detailed consultation and estimate about what should be done from a professional standpoint. Sometimes the vision a customer has might damage the health of the tree. Worst case we do what we are asked for but include a waiver for damage to the tree done by special requests.
Why is there a fuel charge?
We want to be as transparent as possible. Our estimate is very detailed. With the increase in fuel prices, we had to cover our higher expenses. The fuel charge covers coming out for a free estimate, to service your trees, and also coming out a second time, if necessary.
What is the environmental fee for palm trimming?
The green waste dumps consider palm trees as unsuitable for regular green waste that becomes mulch. So, we must drive to a different dump that charges extra. Again, we want our prices as transparent as possible.

Can I send pictures to get an estimate?
A picture might give us a first impression of the work you want us to do. Nevertheless, we will come out to look at your location. A photo often lets us over- or underestimate the size of the tree. Also, the price is dependent on a lot of factors like accessibility, nearby hazards like powerlines or gas pipes. If we have to be more careful due to delicate plants or appliances around the service area, it will take us longer to get everything done proficiently. Unfortunately, we cannot evaluate all that by a picture. We don’t want you or us to be surprised negatively in the end and not get the job done right.
How fast can we get a quote and how fast can the job be done?
Usually, we come out promptly to look at your tree(s) the same or latest the next day. The estimate that we send via email takes also arrives usually in 24 hours. Please contact us, if you haven’t heard from us the next day. Sometimes there is a spelling mistake in the address, or it gets into the junk file. But we will never intentionally ignore you and your request.
After your approval we schedule depending on how busy the season and how your schedule is. From our side it varies from 1 to 7 days.
How do you trim the trees?
Usually, our experienced guys climb the tall trees to trim them. If the tree is to fragile, too dead, or has branches that cannot be climbed, we use a lift and/or a crane.
What is included in a tree removal?
A dead or unwanted tree will be cut down in stages, so that neither persons get hurt, nor the landscape will get damaged. The stump will usually be ground down to 2 inches below soil level. If there are bigger roots, we can grind them, too. In areas that are not visible and not walked on, we sometimes do low cut only. )
